Chicago Injury Insider Publishes 2026 Rankings of Injury Networks in Chicago and Illinois

Chicago Injury Insider has published two rankings of injury networks for 2026, one covering Chicago and one covering Illinois.

Injury Network Chicago (INC) is ranked first on both lists. On the Chicago list it is followed by MVP Injury Network and CHICAGO PAIN INJURY NETWORK. On the Illinois list it is followed by Illinois Personal Injury Centers (IPIC) and CHICAGO PAIN INJURY NETWORK.

An injury network does not treat patients itself. It connects an injured person with licensed providers, schedules the visits and keeps the appointments and paperwork organized. The providers deliver the care.

According to the publication, the rankings compare networks on hours of availability, the range of care types they schedule, billing options for patients without health insurance, language access and records handling. Several of the ranked networks answer calls 24 hours a day and state that patients pay nothing upfront.

The Illinois ranking notes that the networks on its list are based in the Chicago area, and that coverage in other parts of the state varies.

Both rankings are available on the Chicago Injury Insider website: The Best Injury Networks in Chicago and The Best Injury Networks in Illinois.
