Chicago Injury Insider has added three rankings to its 2026 coverage of injury care in Chicago: physical therapy clinics, pain management, and doctors and offices for care after a car accident.

Injury Network Chicago (INC) is the top pick on all three lists for care that follows an accident. Spine Doctors Chicago is the publication's pick for patients who want several kinds of care in one clinic.

The physical therapy ranking includes large clinic groups and smaller practices in neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park and the Near North Side. The pain management ranking includes hospital-based pain clinics at UChicago Medicine and UI Health alongside injury-focused options.

The publication also released a guide, Where to Go After a Car Accident in Chicago. It explains when to go to an emergency room and how urgent care, a primary care doctor, an injury clinic and an injury network differ when the situation is not an emergency.

The rankings and the guide are on the Chicago Injury Insider website.
